The menu
Tiffin Service Dubai publishes its complete four-week rotation — 24 cooking days, Monday to Saturday, every dish named and allergens on every day — before anyone pays. No dish repeats inside a month. Week 1 is North Indian; Week 2 is South Indian; Week 3 is Pakistani and Punjabi; Week 4 is Comfort. Then it starts again.
Dal, rice, roti and kachumber salad are in every box. What changes is the sabzi, the dal, the rice and — on a non-veg plan — the main, which replaces the gravy dish on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Tuesday and Thursday are vegetarian for everyone, every week.

Every weekday, all four weeks
Tiffin Service Dubai runs a four-week rotation, so each weekday has four different boxes across the month. Wednesdays are Paneer Butter Masala in week 1, Avial in week 2, Palak Paneer in week 3 and Malai Kofta in week 4; on a non-veg plan the Wednesday main is Kadhai Chicken, Nadan Kozhi Curry, Chicken Karahi and Anda Masala respectively. Tuesday and Thursday are vegetarian for everyone, every week, and a meat main replaces the gravy dish on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Yes. On the Tiffin Service Dubai vegetarian plan all 24 days of the rotation are vegetarian — there is no meat in the box on any day, in any week. On the non-veg plan a meat main replaces the gravy dish on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and Tuesday and Thursday are vegetarian for everyone whichever plan you are on.
Off the menu on purpose
Because some dishes cannot survive an hour in a closed box. Bhindi steams in its own moisture and turns slimy; rasam and kadhi leak past any gasket; dosa and idli collapse; fried fish goes soggy and transfers its smell to everything beside it. Tiffin Service Dubai leaves all ten off the menu on purpose. Every one is a dish a restaurant would happily serve you — on a plate, at the table, now.
Tiffin Service Dubai sends roti, not a promise about roti. A chapati is hard within forty-five minutes. We brush with ghee and wrap in foil, which buys time but does not stop physics. On Wednesdays and Saturdays we send paratha instead, because it travels better.
Allergens and substitutions
Yes — every one of the 24 days on the rotation above carries its allergen tags, published before anyone pays. Across the month that is gluten on all 24 days, milk on 18 of the 24, tree nuts on 8 of the 24, mustard on 5 of the 24, sesame on 4 of the 24, egg on 1 of the 24 and fish on 1 of the 24. Of the 24 days, 6 contain no dairy and 16 contain no tree nuts. Every day contains gluten, because roti is in every box.
We cook wheat, dairy, nuts, sesame and mustard in the same kitchen every single day. We can leave an ingredient out of your dish, but we cannot promise there is no trace of it. If you have a severe allergy, tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you safely.
Not properly, and we would rather say so. Tiffin Service Dubai can cook no-onion-no-garlic as a separate batch for +AED 30 a month. True Jain cooking excludes every root vegetable and needs separate surfaces, utensils and oil — if that is what you need, we are not the right service for you yet.
Substitutions. If a vegetable is not good in the market that morning, we swap it for something in the same style and post the change on this page by 9am. We would rather change the menu than send you a bad sabzi.
Meat. All meat and poultry Tiffin Service Dubai uses is halal, bought from Dubai Municipality-licensed suppliers with halal slaughter certification. We do not handle pork or alcohol in our kitchen.
