Daily delivery currently runs in Bur Dubai, Mankhool, Karama, Oud Metha, Deira, Al Rigga, Za’abeel, Jaddaf, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Other Dubai areas open once 10 people in the same area register. The published weekly price stays the same when a new route opens.

Tiffin Service Dubai currently delivers every day in Bur Dubai, Mankhool, Karama, Oud Metha, Deira, Al Rigga, Za’abeel, Jaddaf, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). If your area is not active yet, complete the same meal-assistant chat: the CRM counts distinct registrations and opens that route at 10. Lunch runs between 11:30am and 1:30pm and dinner between 7pm and 9pm, Monday to Saturday, on active routes.

The two kitchens
Where is the food cooked, and who gets it soonest?
Tiffin Service Dubai cooks in two kitchens — one in Bur Dubai, one in Business Bay. Active Bur Dubai-side routes leave from Bur Dubai; Business Bay, Downtown and DIFC leave from Business Bay. Queued areas are assigned to the nearer kitchen only after their route opens.

Why two, and not one. Dubai Municipality allows hot food no more than 30 minutes in transit and requires it to be held above 60°C on the way. One kitchen cannot reach both ends of this city inside that window at lunchtime. So we cook at both ends instead — that is the whole reason for the second kitchen, and it is the reason the far side of town is not a worse deal than the near side.
Who actually drives. Two cars and two drivers, doing several rounds a day between them, out of both kitchens. It is a small fleet run properly rather than a large one run thinly, and we add riders as the routes fill rather than before.
Timing
What time does tiffin get delivered in Dubai?
Tiffin Service Dubai delivers lunch between 11:30am and 1:30pm and dinner between 7pm and 9pm, Monday to Saturday, on active routes. You do not have to sit inside that window waiting: on the morning of each delivery you get a WhatsApp message with the driver’s live location and the time they will reach your building, so you go down when the message says to.

The honest version: routes are planned around holding temperature rather than around hitting a number on a website. Dubai Municipality requires hot food to stay above 60°C and limits how long it can sit in a vehicle, and that constraint sets the order of the run. That is also why we send you the driver’s live location instead of a promised minute booked the night before — one is what is actually happening, the other is a guess you would be entitled to hold us to.
How the box is handed over
- You come down to the car. The driver stays with the van. They do not park, and they do not come up to a flat or an office — a lunch run is a fixed number of stops in a two-hour window, and a lift ride at one building is a late box at the next.
- You get the exact time, not a window. On the morning of each delivery you get a WhatsApp message with the driver’s live location and the time they will be at your building. You are not waiting around for a two-hour slot — you go down when the message says to.
- The driver waits five minutes. If nobody comes down within five minutes, the driver moves on to the next stop and you get a message straight away. The box is not left at a door or with a guard: food sitting unattended in a Dubai lobby is not food we are willing to have anyone eat.
