Lunch arrives between 11:30am and 1:30pm and dinner between 7pm and 9pm, Monday to Saturday.

The two kitchens
Where is the food cooked, and who gets it soonest?
Tiffin Service Dubai cooks in two kitchens — one in Bur Dubai, one in Business Bay — and your box is cooked in whichever of the two is nearer to you. Karama, Deira and Bur Dubai are fed from the Bur Dubai kitchen; Downtown, Dubai Marina and JLT are fed from the Business Bay kitchen. Nobody is served from the wrong end of the city.

Why two, and not one. Dubai Municipality allows hot food no more than 30 minutes in transit and requires it to be held above 60°C on the way. One kitchen cannot reach both ends of this city inside that window at lunchtime. So we cook at both ends instead — that is the whole reason for the second kitchen, and it is the reason the far side of town is not a worse deal than the near side.
Who actually drives. Two cars and two drivers, doing several rounds a day between them, out of both kitchens. It is a small fleet run properly rather than a large one run thinly, and we add riders as the routes fill rather than before.
Timing
What time does tiffin get delivered in Dubai?
Tiffin Service Dubai delivers lunch between 11:30am and 1:30pm and dinner between 7pm and 9pm, Monday to Saturday, anywhere in Dubai. You get a message when the driver leaves the kitchen. We do not promise an exact minute, and we will explain why rather than pretend the question is unreasonable.

The honest version: routes are planned around holding temperature rather than around hitting a number on a website. Dubai Municipality requires hot food to stay above 60°C and limits how long it can sit in a vehicle, and that constraint sets the order of the run. Anyone promising you an exact minute in Dubai traffic is guessing — and a guess written into your order is a promise you are entitled to hold them to.
Offices and towers. Most buildings want deliveries at reception or the loading bay. Tell us how yours works when you sign up and the driver will follow it rather than calling you down every day.
